• Preskil Beach Resort is not a source of nor does it deliver unsolicited email, unsolicited voice mail or unsolicited faxes. Preskil Beach Resort will not send any unwanted mail to you or any other Member. Preskil Beach Resort is also intolerant of you sending any sort of junk mail to your recipients. Your recipients should be known to either you or to the organisation to which you belong. Your message must have value to the recipients of that message.
• Preskil Beach Resort does not sell information to direct marketers or any other third parties. Preskil Beach Resort does not distribute information to any third parties except to those Partners that Preskil Beach Resort uses to relay or deliver messages to your intended recipients.
• Preskil Beach Resort uses the information that you provide and that is collected solely for the purposes of verifying your account, for corresponding with you, for resolving problems that you encounter, and for improving the Service.

All of your information is stored on our servers, behind an industry leading firewall. Only you have access to your documents after becoming authorized. (I.e. upon logging in with the correct user name and password.)
• Personnel Security Precautions
• Internally, Preskil Beach Resort restrict access to personally identifiable information to employees who need access to the information in order to do their jobs. These employees are very limited in number, and are committed to our privacy and security policies. Preskil Beach Resort take the extra step of having our employees execute comprehensive nondisclosure agreements with us, which provides explicit legal confidentiality protections. Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
